Wetland set free - in the C19th the Tamar at Cotehele NT was narrowed by draining reed beds to form wet pasture so there would be a deeper, narrower passage, for larger boats. In 2021, the National Trust began restoring this pasture to reed beds for wildlife. #WetlandsWednesday
