Have been feeling better on Metformin (500mg, 3x a day) and LDN (4.5mg). Not cured but the malaise feeling and pain is way down, more energy and less brain fog. Keeping activity low (<2000 steps/day) for now. But appreciating the relief #longcovid #pwlc
