20 bench, skull, rdl, overheadext w tribar.
40 situps, backfly, trunkcurl, chest, shoulder, kneelift, legcurl (left leg only)
30 frog and chop crunches.
Plus a 69min sweat this AM.

To finish off my time in the gym. I did 10 sets of leg curls with 80lbs. The problem was that the extra 10lbs was added to the weight. 😅🤣🤦🏾‍♂️
The rest break for this was 90 seconds.
