Getting up and down off the ground is easy until itโs not. And as Iโm finding out with chinups, when the ability fades, itโs sort of jarring. Be intentional about building your strength, mobility and balance while you have momentum on your side.
I was asked to post a chin up using a pull up assistance strap. I firmly believe that we have to explore ways to modify exercises so that we can start where we are. I have been amazed at the positive changes that can happen once you get started. #startwhereyouare#chinups
Back at after a day off yesterday for a kid's birthday party with a big inflatable water slide so totally worth it. Deadlift (2x3x300 lbs main set), press, and chinups. Get after it.
