Bill Gross The Sleep Doctor ŌURA I work to achieve that standard 90% of nights (Having 100% as the standard seems to me to be counter-productive). Recent results are:

December - 71%
November - 70%
October - 74%
September - 73%

In addition, I generally meet one of these two metrics another 10% to 20% of nights.
