My body is so sensitive. If I don’t sleep enough, I get a headache. If I’m stressed, my skin acts up. If I use a cheap pillow, my neck hurts. If I eat fast or lay down too soon after eating, I get indigestion. My body is dainty and unreselient to hard living & lack of structure.
