Yesterday I was in #Brussels from work for the #NukeExpo organized by the ICRC. I had the opportunity to meet Annie Jacobsen, author of the new book #NuclearWar . She asked the important question: Is the enemy really Russia, China, Iran,...? Or is it nuclear weapons itself?
