I call on the Israeli authorities to ensure the security and safety of UN staff and its premises and to prosecute those responsible for the attack.

#Hunger is still at record levels. And the funding we need to fight it is shrinking. In these trying times, support from the #EU — one of World Food Programme's most generous partners — remains stable.

Internally displaced persons' (IDPs) survival frequently hinges on humanitarian aid.

8-year-old Yasamin lost control of her legs while her family fled bombardments in Afghanistan’s Herat province.

With financial support from the EU, Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion provides her with physiotherapy and psychosocial sessions.

A ground offensive on Rafah is totally unacceptable❗️

At today's 6th Senior Officials Meeting on Yemen, Commissioner Janez Lenarčič announced new EU humanitarian funding of €125 million for the country.

The funding will help address people's most pressing needs amid the ongoing crisis and escalating tensions in the region. ↓
