Putin has previously used nuclear rhetoric against West during his war in Ukraine but this is to my knowledge the first time he has ordered tac nuke exercise of forces in district off Ukraine with explicit reference to West. Obviously intended as a signal.

So Glad that Russia, the United States and China have confirmed that a nuclear war cannot be won and must never be fought.

All the while, nuclear states continue to plan for fighting nuclear wars. Russia is especially egregious, but not alone.
