Thanks to EU International Partnerships 🇪🇺 for the fruitful meeting with representatives of 🇺🇬 Uganda Gov’t + UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. The EU supports programs in 🇺🇬 that make a real difference in refugees' lives, improving education, preventing GBV + promoting peaceful coexistence + durable solutions. 🇪🇺

Reps of Government of Uganda + UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency held a fruitful meeting in Brussels with officials from 🇧🇪 🇧🇪 Belgium MFA to discuss the complexities of managing 400 new arrivals a day, while at the same time finding sustainable solutions for the 1.67M refugees already in the country.
