Today at Kidiki Primary School, Kamuli under Uganda Women's Network FATE Project, I was delighted to sensitize pupils on how to speak up against sexual harassment &access justice. Sharing my personal experience helped many pupils who shared lessons learned on ending teenage pregnancies & SGBV.

📌Uganda Women's Network in partnership with UWOPA has commenced a two days' capacity enhancement session on unpaid care and domestic work (UCDW) for selected parliamentary committees aimed at enhancing legislator’s appreciation and articulation of UCDW as an economic and human rights concern.
During her tenure as first lady in Ekiti State Bisi Fayemi, was able to pass 7 laws, a Gender Based Violence Prohibition Law, an Equal Opportunities Bill (2013) an HIV Anti-Stigma Bill (2014) among others. I was also able to build a women and girls' shelter for women in crisis.
