Facing major shocks & multiple crises, we have a broken global financial architecture that does not provide the necessary safety nets for developing countries against all these shocks, those countries are struggling to increase domestic resources for health & HIV.

Right now, in the absence of a vaccine or a cure, we need to find and put on treatment over 9 million people living with HIV globally.

We will still need to avert millions of new HIV infections and build health and social systems that support HIV services.
