Lovely weather today! Went out today without breakfast, but took 2 gels & water with me. Will need to get used to running in the sun, because my HR automatically gets higher ๐

Manasquan Reservoir is my go to place for longer runs.
A few puddles to navigate today. Wet feet for 6 of the 10 miles but surprisingly minimal blisters.
Also not quite my birthday yet!

Shorter run on plan this week which has turned out serendipitous as I'm now sniffing with the slight resurgence of this virus! 3 miles easy, 7 mins out, 7 back, 6, 6, 5, 5, then 2.3 miles easy. Pleased with that.๐ #sundaylongrun #londonmarathon2023 #ukrunchat #marathontraining
