#nhs1000miles 61 miles...early because I'm in Nottingham for the weekend on my son's stag do! Some of my miles were playing bubble football...which is less about goals and more and big hits on each other...very sore today because this 53 year old couldn't be beat by youngsters!!

Up and out early to meet Zoey at junior parkrun, extended route down, North Marine junior parkrun then home. 11,000 steps before 10am after 27,500 steps yesterday π
