A nice reminder that MRI doesn’t show everything. 3 yrs of anterior ankle pain and dorsal foot numbness, MRI read as normal. There’s a clear neuroma of the deep peroneal nerve on US, and a hydrodissection made her pain free for the first time in 3 yrs #mskultrasound
