So this happened a couple of weeks ago....
Completed TCS London Marathon and got my Abbott WMMajors six-star medal. I started the journey with the TCS New York City Marathon in 2014 and I'm thankful I've remained healthy enough to keep running. 🏃♂️🏃💨
Actor Jamie de Courcey was one of our #TeamBrainAppeal runners who took on the TCS London Marathon in aid of #TheNationalHospital where his father, Roger de Courcey, was rushed to for emergency surgery following a stroke in 2022.

How did #LondonMarathon go for me?
Only made it to the half way mark before I wrecked my feet but it was worth it the raise close to £1500 for the RareDementiaSupport Centre that will help families like mine with a rare (often hereditary) that affects most in mid life!
