Diagnosis:

(1) Contrast-enhanced pancreatic protocol CT of the abdomen
(2) MRI abdomen with contrast

If imaging is positive --> Do endoscopic ultrasound --> Obtain biopsy --> Do histology --> Confirm adenocarcinoma
