I found a little trick. I implemented it and bam, my butt did NOT wink!!
This felt relatively easy. I was VERY surprised. 135# felt soo heavy a couple days ago.

During my 'carb-up' experiment, I had a few wins, mostly on the treadmill and the rower. Still struggling with a lingering right shoulder injury though. Thankfully, #deadlift and #backsquats didn't suffer. Only #benchpress . Here was part of yesterday's workout: 186kg base:
