I found a little trick. I implemented it and bam, my butt did NOT wink!!
This felt relatively easy. I was VERY surprised. 135# felt soo heavy a couple days ago.

I am loving lifting heavy and seeing my progress. Not bad for a formerly obese man destined for a life of T2D.
