Enjoyable walk around RSPB Lakenheath Fen today with David Walsh for Suffolk Bird Group trip. A couple of flyby Bitterns were one of the highlights. A Sedge Warbler playing hide and seek, the Angleshades much more obvious! A snipe fly species, Chrysopilus cristatus, was new for me
Found a pupae last week when I was sweeping the porch and popped it in a hatching cage. This little beauty just emerged to brighten up my day #kentsmagnificentmoths #angleshades
