We've spent today celebrating how amazing our young carers are with RSPB Conwy . We have had a fab day of activities, plus they are hosting our gallery all weekend. We also celebrated the 2nd anniversary of the Young Carer ID badge & the difference it has made.

Often late, or absent from school with little explanation
Falling behind on school or college work, handing in homework late or incomplete.
Secretive about home life
Becomes uncomfortable when addressing various health topics.

Young Carers Action Day provides an opportunity for everyone to call for better support for #young carers, and to bring about change.

We must give young carers the space and time to talk through their concerns and time to access support if they need it.
