The Central Processing Facility will process the crude oil from all the Tilenga wells by removing impurities such as gas, water and sand.
The stabilised crude will then be transported via a 24-inch 95km pipeline to the Delivery Point in Kabale.

KFDA is expected to produce forty thousand (40,000) barrels of oil per day (bopd) at peak. A Central Processing Facility (CPF) is among the key facilities to be constructed.
ZPEB Rig 1501 is a highly innovative, walking land rig with full integration, automation, low emission and is fully soundproofed.
This rig is one of the three rigs that will operate at Tilenga.
The spudding is expected next month.
