1,624 pills in a year. I’m easing off them for surgery. Now at 2-3 /day. At 1 /day they can operate. An implant feeds fentanyl into the spine 24/7. Naloxone will be used . until till dosage is stable. Most only prescribed for 7 days to only 3 MO. Me 1 year
