Meghalaya New and Renewable Energy (MNREDA) organized a successful Information & Public Awareness (I&PA) Programme in East Garo Hills, Meghalaya.

The program aimed to educate students , community and society at large about renewable energy and its potential.

On 25th November, 2023 MNREDA organized an exciting Information & Public Awareness Programme in West Garo Hills and South West Garo Hills.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma, launched the Chief Minister’s Solar Mission at the State Convention Centre, Shillong today in presence of Power Minister Abu Taher Mondal and Chairman of MNREDA Rupert Momin.

We intend to invest 100 Crores per year in this Mission for the next 5 years and we are hopeful to touch between 200 to 300 MW of installed solar power supply in the state in the next 5 years.
