My father, Dr. Ibadoghlu's first medical examination paints a grim picture: The government indeed falsified his medical results during the communications with the ECtHR.

The aorta root in his heart expanded to 5.0. He needs to go under surgery ASAP.

Dr. Gubad Ibadoghlu has to take two insulin shots daily; their level has increased to 26. He needs to be brought to the hospital now. We need desperate help.
