“The Russian presidential elections met no democratic standards and were illegally held in the occupied territories of Ukraine. These elections didn’t bring any change in Russia, so there is no change in our policy towards Russia”, said HR/VP Josep Borrell Fontelles at the European Parliament.

I discussed again today with Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba the EU efforts to accelerate military support to Ukraine, in particular air defence systems and ammunition.

I am reaching out to EU Member States to urge them to identify available equipment that Ukraine needs.
