We said we would stand in solidarity with Ukraine, and we continue delivering on our promise.
As of today, over 3,000 patients have been transferred from 🇺🇦 via the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism to 22 hospitals across Europe.
Greece is facing the worst wildfires since 2000.
In response, EU Civil Protection & Humanitarian Aid 🇪🇺 is sending 8 aircrafts, 40 vehicles, and 246 firefighters from 9 EU countries via the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism and #rescEU to help the Greek first responders on the ground.
The EU's support for Ukraine remains strong.
This hub in western Ukraine serves as the primary point where all aid for 🇺🇦 rescuers DSNS.GOV.UA, delivered via the #EUCivilProtection Mechanism, is received and processed.
From here, it is distributed to the regions in greatest need.
