Having copies of your Social Graces illustrations to share on tables at (from your last shop opening I think) made a lovely addition & they were much admired Juliet Young (she/her) A couple headed home with delegates as gifts

It is so great to see my words taking life elsewhere, I’d love to hear more about Gemma’s work and yesterday’s presentation if there are any links or papers to catch up with Catalyse-CAT ?

More tips from Stephen Kellett

• Play the long game - deferred gratification (unfortunately)

• Have a hard research skin - rejection and critique is part of the culture

• Recognise the value of your own contribution

Steve's advice:

• Rid yourself of the assumption that research is for clever people - its really not!

• Join a team - you can't do this stuff on your own any more.

• Be aware of your research ZPD and your research snags - don't bite off more than you can chew!
