Roman Nowak A2: I incorporate humor and fun in the classroom by having moments that allow students to have open dialogue about their weekends and anything off topic of what we are working on. I also try to turn math problems into real scenarios to make the more fun.

A3 I model joy and HOPE by being purposeful of my mood and my choices daily. With my students, even if I am having a bad day, I acknowledge it, but I always bring my humour and banter. They bring me relief and I bring them fun. It is a collaboration.
