Heat got me this time. Slowest 26.2 in 5 yrs. Not my finest but one of my proudest. Knew after the first 5k Iβd have to pull waay back to survive. Humbling when those easy paces feel hard & you finish puking. Always more to work on. I wouldnβt trade it for anything!π€π» #boston128
