In ultra running, everyone gets beaten. The question is when and how hard do you get hammered?? Thank you Kyambogo Ultra Run. That was not... At the 40km mark, for a moment I rethought my decisions. Had to dig deep with my sports psychology to bring it home.

Last Sunday, I met Robert Bellarmine Okudi at the monthly TeamMatooke run and I asked him about his plans for TCS London Marathon since he was out of action for time because of an injury. He said “ Don , I want to take it as slow as possible” How is 3hrs 32mins slow 🤣. Well done General!!!
