The P450 Cinnamate 4-hydroxylase it’s a key enzyme in the phenylpropanoid pathway and a content lignin regulator in plants. Using QM/MM we tested 4 different mechanisms for the hydroxylation of Cinnamic acid into p-Coumaric acid. Check the results of the study at #BioTrans2023
