Today’s bonus issue of “One First” looks at the “Good Neighbor” ozone pollution cases—emergency applications that have now been pending at #SCOTUS for 209 days, and that were argued 78 days ago—and what the timing says about how the justices are handling their “emergency” docket:

The copyright case was argued the same day as the 'emergency' applications in the ozone pollution cases, in which we ... still haven't heard from the Court.

Second and last #SCOTUS ruling is also not a major ruling. Kagan for a 6-3 majority on statutes of limitations for copyright cases (Gorsuch wrote for himself and Justices Thomas and Alito in dissent):
