An algal bloom, possibly caused by sewage and/or warmer sea temperatures has died back, causing oxygen levels in the water to crash killing marine life on the Thanet coast.

Bloody hell. Anglian Water tell local residents that their sewage plant can't cope because of the new build houses so they're having to dump sewage across the road and onto farmland.

Wonder if they told the planning committee they could cope?
