It's more than 6 months since the launch of #ConsiderThis and then #WaitingToLive by VML, to shine a light on the number of children in need of an organ transplant in the UK.

Because of this campaign activity, we've seen more awareness about paediatric organ donation.

🏥A 62 year-old man living with kidney failure has become the first person to receive a successful transplant of pig kidney, which was genetically modified to reduce the risk of his body rejecting the organ: kidneycareuk.org/news-from-kidn…
