Before heading to Cabinet, I together with Maj. Gen. (Rtd) David Kasura-Kyomukama ,handed over an HP 75 tractor & it's implements to the director of Kyankwanzi-NALI to enable them open & utilise part of their big chunk of land ( 12 sq miles) for large scale maize production in addition to beef ranching.
