Yesterday evening Kingerlee Ltd were awarded Best Contractor of the Year 2023 at the UK Property Forum #OxPropFest Awards 2023 🎉🥂

We are honoured to receive this award, however, it could not have been achieved without the hard work and commitment of our Kingerlee Team!

Work in progress... The Spencer Building will be a new, Passivhaus designed special collections centre at Corpus Christi College, Oxford.

Our team is working with Kingerlee Ltd to deliver one of the most energy-efficient projects in #Oxford , tightly woven into the existing site

This year we celebrate our 155th birthday! 🎉🥳
Despite being 155 years old, we have adapted to change & to continue deliver high-quality projects to our clients. We thank everyone who has been a part of the Kingerlee team, Kingerlee wouldn’t be where it is today without you!

Our project at the Dragon School, Oxford is starting to take shape.

Internal in-situ staircases are now complete and the 1st-floor steel frame is currently being erected onto the concrete structure. The SFS, roof structure and blockwork will follow shortly after.

Last Thursday we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for our project at Corpus Christi College.
The team marked the occasion by etching their names into the concrete roof parapet upstand & cutting a cake! Well done to everyone involved in reaching this fantastic milestone! 🎉

Kingerlee Special Projects have recently completed a new chemistry lab for Oxford University Estates.
Works included a strip out of the existing lab area & the formation of 4 individual spaces to operate as both wet & dry laboratories, with dirty & clean areas & a write-up room.

Congratulations to our Best of Bicester for March Amy Bourton! Amy is doing her Lvl 2 Site Carpentry apprenticeship with Kingerlee Ltd! We also welcomed Dan from John Nicholls to Bicester Construction Skills Centre to present Amy with her goody bag and certificate! #Carpentry

We are making good progress down at Dragon School!

All the ground-floor slabs have been cast, and temporary propping is in place as we have commenced works on the first-floor slab. We are now just over a year away from our completion date in 2024.

Recently we celebrated some amazing employee milestones!🎉

Sid and Malcolm Haines celebrated 20 years with Kingerlee and Tim Horn celebrated 30 years with Kingerlee.
