The UN Security Council has finally made an unambiguous demand for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza

This cannot come soon enough

An end to this conflict, the immediate & unconditional release of hostages, and full, safe, unhindered humanitarian access is vital.

The UN has warned that in Sudan 18 million people are facing acute hunger, with 5 million close to famine.

As in Gaza, this catastrophe is man-made.

Responding, 🇮🇪 highlighted concerns & encouraged progress in Ethiopia, Syria, Bahrain, Yemen, Philippines & Kyrgyzstan

At #HRC55 a group of 43 countries expressed outrage about the death of #Navalny & the situation of the political opposition & HRDs in Russia. We strongly call on Russia to immediately and unconditionally release all other political prisoners & to end this climate of impunity.
