Craig Shapiro I don’t think there’s a right answer. It depends on the cost of living where you live and years of service to the profession. I also think things like speaking engagements and serving leadership roles should be taken in to consideration. #teachpos

I’ll quickly add that teaching should be paid at comparable levels to other service fields. Doctors - Nurses - Psychologists - we are all professionals.
