Other than the ground level lobby, the first 10 floors of this building appear to be a windowless parking garage. So much for 'urban planning'

There are many transportation challenges in Miami. While not the top priority, there's a better way to move the 40,000+ (peak day) people daily b/t PortMiami /Miami Int'l Airport Airport.
It also flows into the same goal, making the region a better, more livable place, with less 'traffic.'

🚧🚨 Construction alert - Monday (Apr 8) afternoon, the Ocean Drive bicycle lane will be closed just south of 10th Street, to repaint a section that was repaired last fall.

Literally, they'll do anything but support expanding public transportation. Miami Beach doesn't have a 9-5 work culture -- this won't work.

This is an extraordinary quote, considering the commissioner co-sponsored and voted on an item opposing ... a train.
