That so many DC congregations have been able to go solar has everything to do with high SREC prices. Mayor Muriel Bowser's budget opts DC gov't out of purchasing SRECs to pay the *more expensive* ACP instead -- jeopardizing what made these projects possible. IPLDMV.org/solar
