I was one of those people diagnosed with vascular dementia, it took another 5 years to get my Lewy Body dementia diagnosis. Only to be told I might possibly have LBD but can’t be diagnosed until autopsy. Told her I wasn’t ready for that yet!

I Need the muscle mobility class at our local Aspire pool. It’s nearly impossible to book. There’s only one chance to book by phone. 1pm. I’ve dialled 67 times in the last half hour and can’t get through. The app is useless. Now there’ll be no spaces left. It helps my mobility.
