Anti-lgbtq laws in this country and everywhere else under the guise of protecting the children and the family unit, but here's an active case of a child being abused, and the Nigerian police thinks the right thing to do is counselling.
You don't care about the children.
At all.

In Ghana, a community married off a 12 year old girl to a 60 year old chief. In Uganda, a 70 year old man was pardoned by the courts after defiling a 3 year old baby. In Nigeria, a group of men have been publicly grooming and sexualizing a 3 year old baby.

There is a line to be drawn between countries with extremely harsh anti-lgbtq laws and legislation that exist to allegedly 'protect children' and the realistic truth of who the children in these countries actually need protection from.

There isn't even a thin veil covering who the actual predators are in our societies, but they continue to thrive and harm children because of the hypocrisy in our societies, the shields which religion and culture provide, and the manufactured moral panic over LGBTQ+ people.
