One person died, and another sustained injuries when this vehicle got an accident yesterday as it slopped down the escarpment in Murchison Falls National Park. Be more careful when driving inside the park where you are not familiar with the road. Follow Park rules, be safe!

Current situation at the gate of Murchison Falls National Park. This huge traffic will undoubtedly cause stress to animals & possibly result in road kills. Plan your trip early, aware that there will be inconveniences. Cooperate with park authorities & observe park regulations.

It is for the safety of travellers that they dont go through Murhison Falls National Park at night. Most animals hide during the day and move at night. The risk of knocking them is high and this could result into fatalities. Plan your journey well & use the road during day time
