When in Ann Arbor, take some time to walk around the various parts of the University of Michigan campus.

This is the oldest institution of higher education in the state, and one of the earliest American research universities, you can visually see that.

We spent yesterday evening getting a feel for the charming city of Ann Arbor.

The presence of the university imparts an unmistakable creative energy to the city, evident by all the independent shops, & the venues hosting everything from comedy to poetry readings.
