Small bug-fix release of Typer 0.12.1 🐛

This fixes an issue when upgrading from typer <0.12.0 to 0.12.0 that would break the installation directory.

Even if the previous upgrade damaged the directory, installing the latest (0.12.1) fixes it. 🤓

A small Typer release 0.11.0 🔖

Nothing new, this removes support for Click 7 (requires Click 8+), and removes support for Python 3.6 (requires Python 3.7+). 🔥

Typer now uses Ruff for everything linting and formatting, and PDM to build the package. 🤓
