Somatic voltage imaging is nice, but let's say it is easy to patch a cell. How about measuring voltage signals in different compartments of a cell in 3D?

Tip: If you start voltage imaging, dual-labeling can help the beginning to detect the JEDI-2P signals ( from St-Pierre Lab ) and get more familiar with the speed.
