A year ago today I was unable to walk having suffered a stroke. Thanks to the mindset learned as an Olympian, 2 months later I was back running! Today I’m thankful to my family, friends, fans, and MJ Performance for the incredible support! #strokesurvivor #health #Olympics #motivation
Switched to Level 3 and only did 6 minutes. Used as more of a warmup to get more out of strength and technique exercises. Learning more about walking properly and how to step. Putting more weight on the injured leg to get strength. #StrokeSurvivor

🙏🏽❤️🩹🧠🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 5 years ago…… Who woulda ever thought I’d still be here. Healthy. & appreciative of life #StrokeSurvivor
Did 10 minutes at Level 4. PT advised I may want to try 6 minutes at a lower level so I don’t get fatigued for my other exercises that actually build my quads. Stairs and 3 different leg exercises. #strokesurvivor
Happy 27th Birthday to Me!!🎈🎉Can’t wait for my party later, see you there…🥳🎂🎁
