#StephenLawrence Ambassadors have been delivering assemblies for #BlackHistoryMonth . This year’s theme is ‘Saluting Our Sisters’ ambassadors shared stories of exceptional black women and their contribution to British history such as Betty Campbell and Baroness Doreen Lawrence.
The #StephenLawrence Ambassadors met with a team from the The Stephen Lawrence Research Centre to reflect on their journey. The students were asked about the differences they have seen in school culture. These reflections were filmed and will be shown as part of the 'Teaching to Transform' event.
