Delighted to attend the Twickenham Regatta at the weekend. Twickenham RC is the 3rd oldest rowing club in London and it was great to see the club & many others in full swing, watch the races and present pots to the winning rowers! A great community event. Thanks to all involved!

today i wanted to row a little, lift light just to reboot the system
very athletic girls sits next to me and we started rowing she was extremely competitive i could feel the tension so i rowed 30 minutes 30m/s continues work bc i'm competitive too
outrowed her 6 minutes
