Dear Riggers
when using Tweak Ctrl Widgets don't use completly round 'balls'. Make the curve on the horizontal plane into a dimond shape. This way its easier for animators to keep track of the axis while animating.

Trying to create a Virtual Bone and add some skinning to it all in Unreal (using the modelling tools menu). But constant crashes so far.

Another test with RBF Nodes addon for .
No simulation, just RBF interpolating a bunch of 'poses'.
I am probably not doing it optimally yet but it's not difficult to setup.

Here's a workaround to add width to custom bone Shapes in When using meshes as custom shape, just add this geometry node group. Now you can change the resolution and width of your shape

Naughty Dog: $88k-133k

I always see blender rigs using meshes as custom shapes but it is also possible to use bezier curves! which is really handy as they already have a depth/width and resolution to play around with
